Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure. 1bet2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. All activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, unless unauthorised access has been proven and promptly reported to us.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through dishonest means.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the 1bet2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank and CIMB transfers, as well as other methods that may be added from time to time.
Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction has been successfully verified by the system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. 1bet2u is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
For withdrawals, users are required to verify their account first. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in certain circumstances. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method selected.
1bet2u reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms of use. In such cases, 1bet2u may request supporting documents before processing any payment.
Account Policy – Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension and Closure
1bet2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user violates any terms set out in this document.
- Registration information is found to be false or misleading.
- Activity suspected of involving fraud, use of multiple accounts, or system abuse.
- The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
- Valid requests from law enforcement agencies.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Liability Limits
1bet2u is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or third-party system failures. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy or continuous availability.
Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that all decisions are made at their own discretion. 1bet2u does not provide financial advice or guarantee winnings under any circumstances.

All content on the 1bet2u platform — including logos, designs, text, images, icons, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 1bet2u or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The 1bet2u name and brand are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of this brand is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
